Unfortunately, IFoA does not allow you to change your exam date or time, no matter what the reason is.
If you have another exam (like a college exam) on the same day, you’ll have to choose which one to attend.
If you absolutely cannot sit the IFoA exam, your only option is to request a refund.

If you cancel before the registration period closes:
You can get a refund of your exam fee.
A 10% administrative fee + any bank charges will be deducted.
If you cancel after the registration period closes:
A refund depends on your reason, and you must submit proof.
Example: For illness, attach a doctor’s certificate or letter.
If IFoA approves your request:
They will refund your fee after deducting a 25% administrative fee + any bank charges.
They aim to reply within 7 working days and process the refund within 10 working days after approval.

A refund is not guaranteed. IFoA can decline your request.
