At Actuators Educational Institute, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all students. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for course deferrals, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Deferral request and eligibility
● Participants may request a deferral up to two (2) times after taking admission in a particular course. Extension policy to apply.
● Deferral requests must be submitted within 30 days of the course start date / date of first extension via email to admin@actuatorseducation.com .
● The request must include a clear explanation of the reason for seeking the deferral.

2. Programme transfer
● If a participant wishes to transfer to another course, the transfer request must be made within 30 days of the original course enrolment date. No course transfers will be permitted after this period. If the new course has a higher program fee, the participant must pay the difference in fees before access to the new course is granted.
● If the subsequent course has a lower programme fee, no refund or credit will be provided for the fee difference.
● If the participant has appeared for Examination, then transfer is not allowed.

3. Refund policy
● Actuators educational institute follows a strict no refund policy for all its programmes. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Substitution request
● Participants cannot substitute or transfer their enrollment to another candidate under any circumstances.

5. Course extension policy
Deferral:
● Extension fees of ₹1,180 per term will be charged.
Not Cleared:
● If a participant does not clear an examination attempt / doesn’t appear and requests an extension, an extension fee of ₹1,180 will be applicable. No extension will be given for awaiting result.
● An extension will be granted only if the participant has:
Attempted at least 75% of the mock tests and Attended at least 75% all live lectures or viewed all recorded lectures.
