Where to keep the downloaded videos / Which drive should i use to keep the downloaded videos?
Whenever you are setting up the Content Browser make sure you create the folder in your Disks other than (C:). If you do not have any drives other than (C:) then keep it under (C:).

‘I’ve downloaded the video lecture but it says the file is only 0% of its actual size.
Either there is a storage issue in the device or there is some error in the video uploading. Storage issue – Increase the storage or delete other files Video uploading – Delete the video and again download If not solved then raise a query under Help & support

Encountering the following error message while sign in through DTH Player “Registered devices don’t match…..”
The student is trying to access the player on the unregistered device. Kindly use the registered device. And if they are using the registered device then kindly raise the ticket under Help and Support attaching the screenshot of the error.
